Are you using an apikey? This is needed for sharedcount.com. Otherwise you can use the ‘MashEngine’ settings and this should work without any key.
Please try both and after change, enable all three debug options in mashshare and reload your website,
It is on MashEngine, and also I tried to get an APIkey and sharecount.com server is down anyway.
