Not Creating Cache Files

Hello, my folders are showing 0kb/0items across the board: ScreenShot. When I click on the “Target Folder”, nothing happens either. I am guessing the root folder D:\home\site is incorrect? Is there a way to change this or am I off on my assessment here?
