“ not defined for ExtensibleObject

After my hosting provider changed their admin panel
1) All links on my site when clicked would bring you to the homepage.
2) When going to Gallery > Other Options or visiting the image gallery page I would get this error ‘ not defined for ExtensibleObject’ (as described at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/not-defined-for-extensibleobject?replies=7#post-6569807 )

As other sites using Nextgen Gallery and migrated too don’t have this same problem, with the same version number, I wonder if there is some err records in the database to be updated?
