    Hello! I want to use your “Loyalty – Points and Rewards for WooCommerce” plugin
    But it doesn’t show up on my site. I make the site myself, which means that I am not a professional in this business. Please tell me what additional settings need to be made for display. Or perhaps something interferes with its display?

    Hello there,

    Would you give us more details about what is not showing? The ‘My points’ tab in the My Account page or the points labels in the product list and single product pages?

    1. The ‘My points’ tab will only display for those user roles set as loyalty levels in the settings.
    2. To customize the labels, you can go to the ‘Customization’ tab. In WooCommerce > Settings > Loyalty

    It is not displayed in all of the above.The “My Points” tab on the “My Account” page and the score labels on the “Product List” and “Individual products” pages. And added 1 general level of the role.

    (I’m using the WordPress theme – Blocksy.)

    The only place where there is a hint of the plugin is in the “users” tab. There are points to add or remove points to the client. That’s all.

    Would you give us some screenshots of your Loyalty plugin settings page? So we can look into it and may have a clear view.
