im used shortcode in description. Оther shortcodes work on page!
im used Filter by tags. My Products have tags.

Hello,
Please try to clear cache in optimization plugin if you have it, also purge cache in plugin settings -> Advanced tab.
If this do not help you, please enable DEBUG MODE option in admin area -> BeRocket -> Account Keys and contact us.

Most likely filters don’t see the products. Did you change the page with some page builder?

Category page (where problem) not changed in builder
Could you be more specific please? Is that a template, page builder or anything else? Could you please provide a screenshot of where are you outputting our filters?
