  • Do you have a link to your site so I can check this out? Thanks.

    is it a link

Thank you for the link. I just need to confirm what the problem is with the menu. Are you saying the menu doesn’t show up on a Windows computer using the Chrome browser, but it does for Chrome on the MAC?

I use Chrome on Windows 7 which is what I use as my primary browser. I can see your menu and navigate.

I use Chrome WinXP and MacOS. I can’t see primary menu in chrome WinXP.
    Chrome MacOS is OK.

I don’t think the OS will affect anything. Is it possible to show a screenshot of your site where the menu is (or should be)? The only way a menu would not show is if there is no menu created and/or assigned to the main menu location. I still see the menu on my test site with the following browsers:

    IE10
    Firefox
    Chrome
    Safari (for Windows)
    Opera

Also, perhaps clear your browser cache for the Chrome in windows.

I am clear my browser cash for the Chrome in Win, but this not help. Problem stay.

I selected zone on a image where is menu.

Thanks for the screenshot. Unfortunately, I still cannot replicate this problem you are experiencing, and have no solution for you. Perhaps someone else might be able to respond with an answer. However, the only thing I can suggest is to have a couple other people visit your site using Chrome on Windows and see if they experience the same issue. The other thing is that perhaps you have a plugin that is causing a problem so one test is to disable each plugin one at a time and check the site menu, then turn off another plugin, test it, etc.

The other test is to check out the live demo for this theme by clicking HERE and see if you have the same problem when viewing the demo site.
