I have the same issue. It stopped working after an upgrade of the plugin. White screen. Disabled all the plugins by removing the folders from the server, then added them one by one. Even when I redownload de plugin the problem remains. Should I delete the tables? I’d rather not do that….

What are your calendar settings?
Make sure you setup the API key correctly also by following this: http://docs.simplecalendar.io/google-api-key/
