Hi can you tell us when that happen? What is your last used version, do you update plugin? Is previous version ok?
Also please tell us is that happen on existing or some new website. Is shared hosting or dedicated server? Do you use proxy or Cloud Flare?

I dont remember updating the plugin, but is possible. I first installed plugin about 2 months ago and it worked perfect, no problems. I am now using current version. This is on an existing website on Godaddy hosting. No proxy, no cloudflare.

I am very sorry for not responding sooner. I tired what you suggested, I deleted the plugin and reinstalled with the new version, but there was no change. The same problem exists. Anything else I can try??
