Added link with html, it is showing on the Simple Banner preview page but on the actual homepage the link (and none of the custom html formatting) is showing up.

here is what is written in the Simple Banner Text box:

<b><p style=”font-size:20px; line-height:1px; color: #ffffff”>COVID – OPS PLAN ANNOUNCEMENT</p></b><p>Please familiarize yourself with our plan for this winter season which can be found on Deer Valley’s Winter Covid Ops Plan.</p>

Hi @carrieweyand It’s hard for me to diagnose without the banner being active on the site. You can activate the banner and then set it to hidden so it doesn’t show on the site but allows me to debug your issue.

Strange it was active but hidden. I have gone and made it visible if you happen to have time to review. Thanks!

Also, I am using the inspect tool and all the html is correctly loading but something must be prohibiting it from actually displaying correctly on the site.

Okay i’m not seeing it anywhere. There’s a chance you have an “optimization” plugin that is bundling plugins or bundling javascript/css. If you exclude simple banner from that bundling it should show on the site.
