Not displaying multiple reviews

    Hello,

    i suppose this is a shortcode to display 2 reviews in 2 columns (just like in demo page):

    [reviews_rating theme=”columns two” summary=false limit=2 excerpt=120]

    I’ve imported 5 (of 35) reviews from google so far, but it displays only “powered by Google” and no reviews. It works when activating “demo data”.

    Do i need to wait longer in order to have this working or is there something wrong with the reviews ?

    @mcian Did you find out the problem in your previous post?

    I think the issue may be down to the database’s collation and issues with WordPress’s native database array/object storing when there are emoticons present.

    Please can you enable the option: “Clean Retrieved Data” in the Setup tab?

    Once set, go to the Advanced tab and click to Clear Cache. Take a note of any error message here if that doesn’t work for you.

    The first problem was an overly long cache at google (took over 30 mins to accept IP retrictions; takes usually less than a minute).

    Tried the second: (x) clear data > fluash cache > stil it does not display reviews. I’ve sent an email!

    @mcian There was a limit set on the review text that meant none of the 5 reviews would appear. Once this limit was removed, the reviews appeared.

    I’ll check the code to ensure the preview in the Dashboard reflects this change as the values are altered.
