I have integrated hCaptcha into several websites with Elementor. I can see the hCaptcha on the login form, however it doesn’t appear to work on Elementor Forms. I am still being spammed to death.

You need to insert hCaptcha into the Elementor form in the admin area. Screenshot 8 on the main plugin page shows how to do it.
