plugin not doing anything

On manual start only a small icon spinning for 10-15 seconds and nothing happens. Dir /wp-content/backupwordpress-0ad56f382e-backups appeared but remains empty (only blank index.html file inside). No errors at all.

calculating the size of your backup… doesn’t change too
