Hi mate, have you had a chance to see if your contact box is activated? You can check it under “Button” → “Contact Box”.
If so, the message is customized for each contact.

I’m using the free version of your plugin and I’m having exactly the same problem.
My “Contact box” is enabled but the message field is deactivated and I can’t even select it.
I have used the free version before and it was possible to change this message.
Hope you can review this, it is annoying for the user to open WhatsUp with the message “Hello! I’m testing the Social Chat plugin https://quadlayers.com/landing/whatsapp-chat/?utm_source=qlwapp_admin””

Facing the same problem too…can’t edit that portion of the message, guess I’ll have to delete this for now until they put their house in order.
