Not Executing with WP-CRON

Thank you for making one of the most useful plugins of all time!

Quick question, I am using Store Exporter Deluxe to export products and orders from WooCommerce. I have some custom code applied in the Snippets plugin. When I run a normal export, the code executes perfectly. However, when I run a scheduled export, which runs on wp-cron, it does not execute at all.

Am I missing anything? Is there a way to get the code to execute when running a scheduled export? Up until now, I have had to apply the code to the themes functions.php file for the code to work for the scheduled export.
