Hi, we installed the plugin, created the first job, but we get the 10 secs message and if we go to information we find:

Server self connect Not expected HTTP response:Status-Code: 200
Server: nginx

Content-length: 0

is the first time we get this error, and we use your plugin in more than 100 webs .. this is a ubuntu server, plesk and nginx… can you please help us?

something else in the job error log? Are your other servers Nginx servers too> Same modules etc?

I just installed the plugin on another server and Yes, same message. NO LOG Generated, the backup seem not to start….

I put the wp memory to 256 and now it seems to work…no 10 secs message, but still have the self connect error message… :/

Hello @angelolazzari
So I think the loopback connection has issued since BackWPUp cannot “ping” wp-cron.php internally, I would suggest contacting the hoster then ask for their support.

Or there is another workaround solution, you can simply enable Alternative WP Cron:
modify wp-config.php and before the line:
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
add this line:
define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’ , true );

thanks for the reply. I added the define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’ , true ); but still having the message about the 200 response.

yes, that why I said it was a workaround solution and asked you to contact the hoster about this loopback connection issue ^^
