Not Exporting

Hi! We’re trying to export our list, but it’s not exporting. I’ve tried from the dashboard doing one day, 3 months, ect., and I’ve tried going to Export, select the date range, select the fields and both just go to a gray screen that says “UpiCRM> Export” when doing it from the Export function and “UpiCRM>Dashboard” from trying from the dashboard in the upper left hand corner.

Any ideas?
