Thank you for contacting us.
Ok let’s see, can you try to add atleast 1 more keyword and see if this corrects the issue?
And manually rebuild the index by clicking the rebuild button in the dashboard: https://prnt.sc/tSzaZU5PyyI8
Let us know what happen after, and send us a screenshot of your dashboard.
Thank you

I added two new keywords and rebuilt the index. There was a message telling me that the index was being rebuilt and then that the build was complete. However, it does not show any configured keywords or a recent date for the last build.
I am including a video: https://www.custominternet.biz/wp-content/uploads/linkjuicer.mp4

This could be due to several reasons.
1. Make sure the post types/taxonomies are added to the whitelist: https://prnt.sc/ePFcQpbv-mRj
2. Check the action scheduler to see if tasks are being executed correctly and no failed actions from ILJ: https://prnt.sc/hLskpHlWHJOl
3. Can you send us an error log if there is any?
4. Is your post using the default wordpress editor or is it using ACF for contents? any builder used or themes?

I am using Elementor/Elementor Pro for my builder and Hello Elementor for my theme.
I have my whitelist of post types set only to “Posts”. I want my posts to link to pages, but I don’t want pages linking to posts.
I can see the following scheduled actions for ILJ have failed several times:
- ilj_build_batched_index
- ilj_individual_index_rebuild_outgoing
I see, currently you can’t link posts to pages without also adding the pages to the whitelist.
So in your case you want to post to link to pages right?
This means you need to add the keywords into pages, this is your current setup?
To not link pages to post , dont add any keywords to posts, it wont generate any incoming links for posts.
Possibilities on this setup is posts to pages, pages to pages.
I hope this helps.
Thank you
