The only solution I can offer is to wait a bit and try again.

Most times I when I see this, they are linking to the same exact file on wp.org.
And you can always try an alternate link:
https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/connections.zip

My license key expires next week for Connections Plus. The renewal link that was sent to me via email results in a “this site cannot be reached” message. I want to renew and not lose all my data. How can I get this done? I already tried going to http://connections-pro.com/add-on/slim-plus/. It does not work either. Thanks so much for any help.

Odd, I’ve been on the site all mongin replying to other support questions and have not noticed any connectivity issues. My only suggestion is to try again. As for your data, you will not lose it, it is plenty safe and will not be inaccessible if the license expires.
