“Not Found” error… sometimes!

http://bullandbearessentials.comThey are accessible by clicking the “Website Credits” link or the “Legal Notes” link in the footer area.
Unfortunately, sometimes these pages load fine with the correct content, and sometimes they load with a page that says “Not Found. Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.”
There seems to be NO REASON why the page loads correct or not.
Can you help?
