When I posted this morning, my email subscribers got a ‘Not Found’ message when they clicked the link to my blog. The links from fb and Twitter also gave the ‘Not Found’ message. I’ve uploaded an image of the screenshot in my media library to show you what it looks like. This is the only post I’ve had this issue with. Please, please help. This post is rather time sensitive, and I need to post today (5/15/13). Thanks!

    What is your site URL?

Your site’s on WordPress.COM so you’ll need to ask them here:

    http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

These forums here are for self-hosted ww.wp.xz.cn sites – easily confusing :)!

No, it’s not. It’s on ww.wp.xz.cn. It was on .com, but I had it transferred over to .org about two weeks ago. Could that be part of the problem?

Yes, that URL goes to a WordPress.COM site. Where is it now hosted? Did you change the nameservers?

I have not idea. I didn’t know the url would change?? But, that’s obviously the issue. It was exactly two weeks ago today that it transferred, so what would be my new URL, or where can I find it? This is the link I use to login
    http://zealousmom.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fzealousmom.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

The URLs don’t change – but the nameservers for the domain name DO need to be changed. But where is your site now hosted – i.e. who are you paying?

It looks like the domain name was registered with WP.COM? If so, you need to change the nameservers on your account there – see:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/

It can take up to 72 hours for that to take full effect throughout the internet globally.

If you need more help on that, ask on the .COM forums.

As to your initial question, it’s probably related to this – but are you using JetPack for sharing, etc.?

    Thread Starter susannabarbee

    (@susannabarbee)

It was registered with .com; however, they told me that was fine. I also used a guided transfer which did take 72 hours, and they gave me the login I showed you. I am using Jetpack to share, and it’s been working great until my post today.

One side note, this morning, I tried to schedule the post to release at a certain time. That didn’t work, so then I attempted to post and share three more times. Is there a limit to how many times you can post/share the exact same content?

    WPyogi

    (@wpyogi)

Well I really don’t know how all that redirect stuff with .COM works – but the site that’s visible IS a .COM site. Since it was a guided transfer, presumably they did it correctly :).

Since this seems to be a JetPack problem, you need to ask on the JetPack sub-forum here:
