    When I click on “process email” or “debug” or “test config” it gives page not found. Also it is not fetching emails.

    Sounds like something fundamental is wrong. Try removing Postie and reinstalling. No settings will be lost.
    If that doesn’t work try deactivating all other plugins to see if something is conflicting.
