Had that issue just a few minutes ago, and I just now tried a second time and it did update this time. Maybe they fixed it. Try updating again.
Had the same issue on my Dutch site, tried 3 times. I changed the language to English and it worked; not sure if it’s related.
Had same issue on my site. When I click update in the Plugin section, I get this message:
Update Failed: Download failed. Not Found
Have tried several times with no luck getting the plugin to update.
Same here, the update provided by SiteOrigin is not working properly using the WordPress plugin updater. However it can be downloaded manually and installed via FTP:

I tried five times, and finally the WordPress automated installation works, but there is something wrong. I tried it before updating to WordPress 4.7 as well.
I think there was an issue with the ww.wp.xz.cn servers on the day WP 4.7 was released – which is when I pushed an update. I’ve made a small update to try trigger a full refresh of all the zip files. Hopefully, this fixes the issue.
The new version should be up in 15 minutes or so. Can anyone try again then?

Did you update the plugin? The version is still 2.4.20.
