Do you have a significant large amount of woocommerce categories or products? Is it possible to paste the complete ‘fatal error’ here?
There are 35000 products and 5000 categories.
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /httpdocs/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1851

Ok thats the reason then, since the last version of our plugin tries to get all of the products and products categories to select boxes.
Please downgrade to version 1.3.4 for a while, while we are working on an update so the products and products categories will be fetched asynchronously thus eliminating this issue.
The update will be published today.

The heavy requests for the products and product categories are now done asynchronously.
