I have the same problem.
I already installed https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/software-license-manager/ .
I also configured the settings like on the screenshots, https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wc-software-license-manager/screenshots/.
I entered the API Url and The License Creation API secret key.
still no licenses created.
I’m currently using localhost for this.
There are also no emails received that contains the licenses.

have you entered “Secret Key for License Creation” correctly?
have you configured product license settings(under product page)?
And “API Url” must be as your wordpress url path without last slash,like:
localhost/wordpress
Yes i have entered it correctly, I also configured the product page.
Also changed the API Url to no slashes.

Will the license be sent as email?
Even in License Manager -> Manage Licenses, still no licenses.
In your screenshots, “Output the generated license keys within your emails”.
There are really no emails received.

in the localhost emails does not work usually.
you can use email-log plugin to catch emails.
after all settings,when a product purchased,then license will be created.do you know it?

license can be show in user woocommerce account page and will be emailed to user after purchasing,license creation is on the fly actually.

I used email log plugin now.
The license has been created, its just not being sent via email using localhost.

Another questions, the licenses created via your plugin will be added to License Manager -> Manage Licenses ( http://localhost/frontcraft/wp-admin/admin.php?page=slm-main ) ?

First of all thanks for the great plugin.
I also have the same problem. I’m not on localhost however, and I’m pretty sure I’ve configured everything correctly. The emails get sent, but there’s no license data in them. Just the order confirmation. The license activation part works when I attempt to activate a license from my application using the API.
did you configure license settings for it woocommerce product?
you must enable it for licensed products,under product edit page.
