Resorting to this forum for assistance as support are blanking me on email.

I’ve purchased Instagram Feed Pro Basic and my site is no longer communicating with instagram despite no changes being made.

Support did initially respond and admin access was granted to the backend of the site with the last comms from them stating ‘There appears to be an issue on the website side of things with the response from the API.’

I was asked to remove and re-install the plugin which I did but nothing changed. I reported this to support and asked for further instructions / assistance on the 1st Feb. Sent 2 follow-up emails with no response.

    Help please!

    Hey @mparsons501979,

Thank you for reaching out here and we apologize for any delays in our support. We will check in with your support request and respond as quickly as possible.

Taking a look at it, it looks like your issue may be related to the database user used for your WordPress installation. We are soon updating our plugin with additional information and error notices in cases like this. Many times, reinstalling the plugin fully will resolve database issues or errors that can occur in normal cases installing or updating plugins.

What I suggest checking here is whether the database user for your site is missing any permissions such as CREATE and/or ALTER which are both required by our plugin. The standard for a WordPress Database is to have all permissions available. If you are not able to check/update this on your end, please check with your hosting company or solution for assistance.

If the issue remains, please let us know here or in your existing ticket and we will be happy to provide further guidance.

    Many thanks!

Hi and thanks for your reply.

I’ve responded to a mail I’ve received from Michael through your support email.

All database permissions are granted so have asked for next steps.
