The 1st question is not clear. This is a ChatBot so there is no need to close a conversation.
The conversation is never emailed to a email. But with the Pro version you can check the conversations on the WordPress dashboard.
User can choose to email you using the Send a mail feature from the Start menu.

what i meant by closing conversation was like ending with a bye or something i don’t see that question there.
is there a way to know when a person interacts with chatbot?
how can we get stat information about the interaction from the chatbot.
