Not getting navigation buttons…

I’ve used this plugin before, and just added it to a brand-new website I have in production. Create a gallery, put it on a page…and the navigation buttons that should appear at the bottom of the lightbox window don’t appear. No way to move from one image to the next, other than to close the lightbox and click another thumbnail.

What am I missing?
