In case you are unable to receive notifications for Contact Form please follow steps below.
1. Set an email address in send to field which is not admin email and also not the same as domain name.
2. In case empty email is sent, Use [smfield print=”all”] This tag is used to print all form data. In reply-to field it can be [smfield print=”email”].
3. If you want to use same email address as your website domain or admin email use one of following plugins to change your WordPress from email address to prevent the conflict.
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-change-default-from-email/

The response is not helpful since all you did was copy previous information that did not help.
Could the problem several of us are having be related to something needing to be done at the host site?
If you are using an email address which is not admin email, then it might be the issue of your web server.
In next update we are removing admin email issue and giving users to set their own email.

Hello, it is not clear to me how to setup email or even check form submission entries.
I have been able to easily setup a contact form, however it is very hard to determine how to setup email notifications and even check entries.
Please help.,
Hi @trivediu,
Please send me the screenshot of your notification setup at [email protected]
I will try to see what is wrong.
Thanks
I’m not even able to find the notification setup. I have setup the contact form fine though. I have sent you an email with details – pls advise where to find notification setup.
I agree with every statement above. People have been reporting this problem for months. Please help. I have the same problem. Thanks.
