Did it download any reviews at all? What is the URL to your FB page?
Cero reviews donwnloaded. I updater, im getting this message now:

Sorry, i was triying to retrieve reviews selecting wrong page, i check id and now selecting correct page and getting this message:

It appears Facebook is still temporarily blocking access to parts of their Pages API. Unable to retrieve the name of the reviewer. Check the javascript console for more details. Im having the same problem, this plugin can’t detect my page.
any idea how to fix this?
If you’re getting the list of pages in the plugin under the save settings butten, then the plugin should grab your 10 most helpful.
