Please look at the first thread, titled “Interference with custom post types”.
If you have additional entries in the menu of dashboard, you can set another position for them in the menu order.
If the problem persists, please let me know.

thank you for your help!
I have a customized version of wp, so that I couldn’t find Chart Snippet in the left menu.
At last I found in the NEW menu in the bar there was “Chart Snippet”, so I could create it and make it work, I still don’t know where to see a list of chart snippet but.. it’s actually working!
I assume you fixed the problem
