I have Post SMTP set up to deliver emails from my website, everything goes through fine (contact form fills, WordPress notifications, etc) except for WooCommerce notifications.

If I use a gmail address for the WooCommerce notifications they go through, but when I change it to the domain name based email that it needs to send to, it doesn’t work.

    Any ideas??

    Hi,

Check the plugin email logger, what is the error for the failed emails?

Thanks for the lightening quick reply!

They arn’t failing, that’s the weird part, they are being sent. They are just not being received. I’ve had 3 different domain name based emails as recipients of the woocommerce notifications and none of them receive anything.

I checked the gmail account I linked the SMTP through, and the emails are in the sent folder and there are no rejection emails from mail daemon.

    I’m stumped 🙁

    Sure thing! Thank you 🙂

    Hi,
I think we are having similar problem. Post SMTP Email log shows that WooCommerce emails are sent but they are not received.
@mboverhof Did you find the solution to your problem?

EDIT: Client just notified that problem is solved. Apologies
