Our team honestly cares about the feedback from our users and we would like to improve the plugin and service where it is needed. If you describe the issues you reported in more detail, it will help us resolve them.
To clarify some points from your feedback:
– “No plugin options listed under tools or settings.” – Copy Delete Posts plugin has its own menu item on the main WP Dashboard menu. Previously, we had one user suggesting that it would be preferred to have our plugin’s menu re-located under Tools section, so we added that feature to the plugin already. — You can set this in the Other Options section of the Copy Delete Posts plugin.
– It is recommended to use only one plugin on the single website from this category (post/page duplication), similar to other categories such as SEO for example. Using one plugin from the category will rule out conflicts as well as confusion on differentiating them.
– For the popup that you mention, please provide more details and screenshot, so we know what you had in mind. We have a reason to believe that the popup you speak of is not coming from our plugin, as only one popup and only once is being displayed by our plugin.
