Documentation is lacking (and there doesn’t appear to be a search option?), alt-text doesn’t carry over into lightbox thumbnails (fails WebAIM test and is just crass for anything on the internet in 2018), and the forums are full of people with many of the same legitimate issues but no responses from devs. For bonus frustration, sometimes there’s a solved problem in the forum, but the actual solution was posted as a private reply.
