Not great

This is my personal experience and opinion and is without prejudice.

I signed up and paid for a year and when I needed to restore a backup yesterday it didn’t work.

I did two restores, the first one missed out recent content and the theme and the second restore I did from the same restore point, did put back the theme but missed out big chunks of content.

It seems to me that backups are not being created in full for some or most of the time.

Personally I wish I hadn’t ever bother with it or wasted my money on it and I am definitely looking for an alternative. The soon I get rid of this, the better.
