Yes I choose the user I want to hide but only the specific item it doesn’t hide all the rest I choose to hide its hide.

I imported to my website and switched to a subscriber user and it worked as expected, I only see the content that is unchecked:

In case it isn’t happening on your website, can you run a full plugin conflict test following this flow:

Make sure to take a full backup first or run it on a staging website.
