NOT IMPORT TEMPLATE

    Hello,
    the plugin did not create the page called “Knowledgebase” and the templates were not imported. Could you help me, please?

    Sometimes your host has security measures that prevent those files being copied to your theme. The solution is simply to do it manually 🙂 Add a page called ‘Knowledgebase’, make sure the slug matches the slug set in the KB settings. Copy the template files to your theme per the installation instructions, and voila!
