not including custom file

    I am using twentytwelve child theme. I have installed this plugin and am noticing the following error

    PHP Warning:  fopen(/opt/new-website/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/shortcode-exec-php/MagicParser.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /opt/new-website/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wptouch/core/file-operations.php on line 6
