Not including tags on media items?

Hi, I’m using the Media Library Assistant plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/media-library-assistant/) to add regular tags to media items. However, these media items do not appear in dropdown list of tags. Is there a code snippet I can add to change this? Thank you.
