Not installing correctly

I just tried the free version which didn’t install correctly and then purchased the pro version which didn’t install correctly either. The plugin page doesn’t look like the one in your documentation videos and the drop down menus don’t function. Plugin appears to be broken.

Just installed on another site to test and export screen appears to be working properly but now cannot install from plugins page… The plugin does not appear in the plugin list. 🙁
