Hi @charlie67p, Thank you for reporting it. Could you please send me a bit more about your hosting information? Such as the PHP version, and WP version, etc.
Thanks, Phi.
WP last version – CBB last version – PHP Version 7.4.33
I will check if there is a conflict with other plugins and keep you updated
I did not find any plugin conflict
@charlie67p, Thank you for your information. I just tested it on new fresh WP sites, and it works well on PHP from 7.4 to 8.2. Could you please send me a bit more information about your site? It’s from wp-admin/site-health.php.
Anyway, there is a great service that lets you spin up a new WP site super fast for a quick test here https://app.instawp.io/. You could set up your test sites there, it’s free.

@charlie67p Please keep me posted on this issue. If you don’t mind, please share your site URL, or a bit more information from the site-health page with me.
Thanks, Phi.
when I go to Custom Blocks > Accordion item, I get this in the firefox console
GET https://mywebsite.fr/?post_type=boldblocks_block&p=19666&_wp-find-template=true&_locale=user [HTTP/2 404 Not Found 1507ms]
Does it help ?
@charlie67p Thank you for the information. However, I could not figure it out with that error message. Could you please try to install the previous version of CBB 2.4.2? I don’t know about your hosting information, so it’s hard to determine the root cause of the issue.
Thanks, Phi.
I don’t have the 2.4.2 file.
I tried with the 2.4.1 and same issue
But, don’t worry :
I guess there is something wrong with ‘my’ website or with ‘my’ database, not with your plugin…
Because I’m updating a website that has been built in a total mess…
And on all other websites I installed CBB, I never had such an issue.
I’ll check all that later and keep you updated.
Thank you!!

@charlie67p Thank you for the update. If you need any further help, please contact me.
Regards, Phi.
Hi,
I found out that my database ‘options’ table was missing Primary Key (after making a SQL export-import).
I fixed it. The custom blocks are back!
I mark the topic as resolved.
Thanks again for your concern 😉
By the way, I would like to notice you :
From wordpress admin > Add new plugin >
Search for ‘CBB’ : it comes first.
BUT search for ”Content Blocks Builder”, the plugin comes at the very bottom of the suggestions list…
It’s a pity. Maybe you can do something about it…
@charlie67p I’m glad to hear you sorted it out. I appreciate your feedback about the plugin search. This is something that we have no direct control over, as it depends on the WordPress algorithm and the popularity of the plugin. However, we are always working to improve the plugin and make it more attractive to potential users.
Thank you again for choosing CBB and have a great day.
Phi.
