Not loading

    Hello,

    I just downloaded GiveWP and it’s not working. Every time I visit the page it just keeps loading and won’t show the donation box. I have disabled all of my plugins, cleared my cache. I honestly don’t know what it is. Thank you!

    Hi @oppawtunity,

    When I visit the form iframe URL there’s an error message:
    https://oppawtunity.org/give/general-fund?giveDonationFormInIframe=1

    The “There has been a critical error on this website.” message means that a PHP crashed somewhere on your site. This would have been recorded in your server PHP error log file. Please send a copy of the error log file and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

    Also, make sure the Donation Confirmation page is excluded from any type of cache. 99% of the time we see this issue it’s related to cache.
