I just checked us slider on the link you sent and I can normally see the slider on the website.

So I’m having a new problem but I’m not sure if it’s just my browser and the cash or if it’s the plug-in can you please verify that it’s freezing on the third video on my page

i just tested the plugin, i downloaded your assete videos you use in a slider and put together with them an identical slider like on your website.
You can see an example in the following video I shot:
Slider works great with videos that you use too. It is possible that it is up to some caching plugin you are using that is causing problems.
Does your slider work well when you click on the preview slider inside our plugin editor?
Yeah that’s the weird part it does work in the preview but then live it has a lot of problems what do you suggest I do
Turn off all caching plugins?what level of cash should I put on in the WordPress admin
I thought I might have had a cache plugin installed but I don’t im using is the level 2 embedded into WordPress
I turned off caching just to test and it loaded the first two but it never makes it to the third one and it still crashes I don’t understand I hate to have to uninstall this
Hi @jamesgbahr , if everything works in preview as in our case it means that everything is ok with the Transition Slider plugin.
Since I don’t know what plugins you use on your website, also which cache plugins you have are running, it’s hard for me to help you.
But since something else is causing you problems on the site it is unfortunately not within our reach.
You can give a little more information or screenshots of the plugins you use, because without too much information we can’t help you much.

Try turning off all plugins except the Transition Slider plugin and make sure you then have a slider working on your homepage. Then turn on one by one and check again that the slider is working. The moment you realize that the slider has stopped working the last plugin you activated it causes a problem.
From our side, as far as we can see on the page, there are a lot of errors related to Ultimate VC Addons, it is possible that it will cause problems that will cause many other plugins to stop working.
I think it was a separator or something it seems to be working now
It seemed it seemed to be working better but it only still load the first one or two slides and then it crashes on the 3rd
