What version of WP are you running and are there any JS errors in your console?
I’m running the 4.0.1
console says Invalid App Id: Must be a number or numeric string representing the application id.

I have never had that issue happen. I will try to debug and see what I can find out.
Can you please try to download the new version of the plugin that I just released this morning version 1.4 and let me know if that corrects any issues that you may have been experiencing.
I am going to consider this resolved, if not please open another ticket and I will investigate ASAP.
