not loading or slow loading

    My wordpress page and dashboard is slow loading or not loading on my broadband connection, iiNet NBN Australia.

    Connection running at about 23 mbps
    Using chrome but same on firefox and explorer.
    Website downloads quickly on ipad with safari.
    I have spoken to my service provider and Godady web hosting
    What is going on and how can it be fixed
    Most other people seem to be able to load website.
