Not logging in

I’m wondering what happened. I have been doing some changes to my custom plugins etc. But nothing that I would think would lead to not being able to login. Upon turning on error reporting and logging wp_debug_display to TRUE, I can see these errors:

I can’t seem to figure it out.

I think while you were modifying the plugins you have mistakenly put some “echo” code or some html/text before redirection. Please check again the modifications you made and let me know.
