Hello!

I just gave your plugin a try and wonder about the minification process of the scripts in the footer. I can see that there are combined files (JS and CSS) in the header, but the footer is still full of single JS files.

Could you please advise?

FVM only detects scripts that are enqueued using the wordpress method.

Most probably, those are printed directly on the footer, rather than being enqueued.
That not being the case, you probably have some other plugin changing the default order of priority of those.

I can also suggest you to try the autoptimize plugin and see if it works.
