    hi dear
    in new version and in show closed ticket , when click reopen ticket not opened!
    please help.

    Hi:

    Sorry that you’re encountering an issue. Is there an error message? Do you see any error messages in the wordpress error log files? Do you see any javascript error messages in your browser developer console? Finally, have you tried to disable your other plugins and switch to the 2016/17 theme to see if there’s another plugin potentially conflicting?
