@nzakiri
Sorry you’re having difficulties, I’m sure we can this resolved.
The link you provided does not work.
Hello, my pop-up doesn’t work either.
I have auto open, delay on 0, no cookies, conditions on default and also i tried for all pages, all post, all woocommerce etc. it just doens’t pop-up on the website.
This is the website: https://skund.de/
@lillykc
The popup is loading on the page along with a couple of other Click Open Popups – I was able to trigger the popup using my debug tool, so it seems to be an issue with the trigger itself.
This typically means it is a JavaScript error of some kind – you have 1 error on your site. Try resolving that error and see if that changes anything – check for the error in the console of your browser (f12).
Hope that helps! Thank you for being patient.
Thank you Walter, I found the error, actually I have difficulties to solve it.
TypeError: e.conditions.filter is not a function. (In ‘e.conditions.filter(function(e){return”pageviews”===e.parameter})’, ‘e.conditions.filter’ is undefined)
The Plugin used to work fine. So I guess it is a problem with the theme or WordPress?
can I define the e.conditions.filter myself in the costume css?
Thanks for your help!

I’ll have our Lead Dev @danieliser take a look as soon as possible.
Thank you for being patient.
@lillykc – Seems to be working for me, no errors on that page currently.
well, I found a third party plugin which caused the error. The problem is, the plugin is importaint, so that people can login to the newsletter. Now I had to turn it of to make the pop up work…
Glad we got that fixed!
