Hi @carldavidcarlstrom,
Thank you for contacting us.
Can you please send me the URL of the website that you are referring to?
I forgot to tell you where the pop-up is located. It is the red “yes” icon far down on the page.
I´ve tried different web browsers and it seems like it works randomly. On my computer, it does not work on Chrome, but on IE it works perfect. On the mobile it works on both, but it is loading on start and the red “yes” button works too.
Hi @carldavidcarlstrom,
Thank you for the prompt and detailed response.
This class: sg-popup-id-1139 is not added to the exact div.
Like this: https://prnt.sc/rnu1fr
However, it should be added like this: https://prnt.sc/rnu3ee
You can check this screenshot for a better understanding.

Ok thank you. I will fix it in the code. The thing is that it worked before the update by adding it in the block editor for a Gutenberg plugin as Additional CSS Class(es). Mysterious..
Thanks again for a unique and creative plugin!
Hey @carldavidcarlstrom,
Thank you too for considering us.
Let us know in case of any questions.
May I ask you to share a positive review here?

We will appreciate it a bunch.
A question, if I want to add it through WordPress Admin>Dashboard>Customize, what should I write? .ugb-button–inner {?}
Any idea?
I think I already wrote a review!

Dear @sygnoossupportteam
so it works on all web browsers on the mobile, but only on Firefox and IE on the computer, not on Chrome.
Works mostly then. Ill give it some time!
Thanks again
David
