Not publishing new posts

Anyone else having trouble publishing right now? I wrote a new post and published it, then immediately went to Manage-Posts to edit. Upon saving, the post does not publish — I get an IE error message saying page cannot be found — and the post has completely disappeared from my blog!

This new post is still there in Manage-Posts, but not listed in “Latest Activity” posts. Can anyone provide some insight/help? I’d be most grateful. (I checked time stamp and that does not seem to be issue.)
